2,200 Euros gross per month. That was a common salary at the logistics company Duvenbeck in Rastatt until 2024. But they organized themselves through IG Metall Gaggenau, elected a works council, and secured a collective bargaining agreement—resulting in up to 6,500 euros more per year. Everyone here is now a member of IG Metall.
